This institute was set up in the memory of S. Suba Singh Buttar to impart quality education to the students of this town. The initiative was taken up by the Buttar family to open a school in the sacred memory of S. Suba Singh Buttar. The first academic session of this school started on 1-3-2007 in a beautifully constructed building with app, 225 students on its rolls and is spread in 3.5 acres. The school is affiliated to CISCE, New Delhi and school code is PU-102. It is directly managed by S. Suba Singh Buttar Memorial Edu. Society (Regd.)

The school is about 1 KM from Zira towards Awan village. Sprawled on 4 acres lush green grounds ia a tranquil ambience, the school is housed in a modern sophisticated building.

The school has spacious and airy classrooms furnished with comfortable furniture, fully equipped science laboratories, well stocked library, Art and Craft room, Mathematics Lab and Computer Labs with internet facility. All rooms are Air-conditioned and there are floor wise water purifiers and water Coolers with 250 Litre cooling and storage capacity each.
