SCHEME OF EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION
Classes Nursery To 5th
The academic year is divided into two terms. In order to develop the habit of regular studies in students, the session is divided into two terms, Half Yearly and Annual Examinations.
The performance is calculated as:
Half Yearly = 100 + Annual = 100
Final result will be calculated by adding marks of both the terms i.e. 100 + 100 = 200 per subject.
Co-scholastic aspects including life skills, co-scholatic activities & values and health and physical education will also be evaluated twice a year. Promotion will be based on the day to day work of the students throughout the year and also on the performance in the terminal examination.
Class 5th To 9th And 11th
The academic year is divided into two terms in order to develop the habit of regular studies in the students. The two terms include Units & one assignment in addition to the Half Yearly & Annual Examinations. The performance is weighed as follows:

- Minimum of 85% of the attendance is necessary from the beginning of the academic year till the end of February to be eligible for appearing in the Annual Examination and subsequent promotion to the next class.
- Pupils are requested to appear in all the assessments including Class Tests / Terms end, monthly Tests / Unit Tests as scheduled. Students absent for an examination for any reason whatsoever, will not be re-examined. In case of absence due to illness Medical Certificate will be required. Absence for any other reason will not be condoned.
Break And Vacations
In addition to normal gazetted holidays, the school observes the following vacation breaks:
